· We aim to ship within 24 hours of order placement via Leopards Courier or PostEx.

· Once a shipping label is created, orders cannot be cancelled.

· To request a refund, customers must provide their order number and a description of the issue.

· If eligible, refunds are issued for the order value minus shipping costs.
