1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take a bit longer. All nationwide orders are shipped via Leopards Courier or PostEx.
2. When will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipping label has been created, as they are immediately handed over to the courier service.
4. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are offered after our team reviews your case. You must provide your order number and a description of the issue (photos/videos may be requested). If approved, refunds are issued for the total order amount minus the shipping cost.
5. How do I request a refund or report an issue?
You can message us via WhatsApp with:
· Your order number
· A description of the issue
· Photo/video evidence (if required)
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–7 business days.
6. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear pictures of the product and packaging so we can assist you immediately.
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD nationwide across Pakistan.
8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes are only possible before the shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, the parcel cannot be modified, redirected, or cancelled.
9. What courier service will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by either Leopards Courier or PostEx, depending on your location and courier availability.
10. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and regions in Pakistan.
11. Are Briteo products safe to use?
Our products are developed with high-quality, safe ingredients. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use. If you have specific medical conditions or sensitivities, please consult a professional.
12. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS notifications or a tracking link directly from the courier company.
